Hi, I'm Tim.
I'm an internationally awarded creative / art director with over 18 years experience working in advertising agencies, big and small.
I love great advertising. 
But, more than that, I love great ideas.
I believe advertising doesn't have to feel like advertising.
I've turned a wig into a radio station.
I've turned a suit into a credit card.
I've created a sports team mascot that gave fans 360° Live video access to the team.
I've repurposed an earthquake affected city block into a community football pitch.
And I've done a lot of TVCs, radio, OOH and social too.
But whatever it is, I believe it's our job to make sure it's great.
My work has been recognised at major international advertising award shows such as Cannes Lions, D&AD, One Show, London International, The Effies, AWARD Awards, AdFest, The Caxtons, The Sirens, ADMA and TED Ads worth Sharing, including a Spikes Asia Grand Prix.
I've helped win new business pitches as both an Art Director supporting the Creative leaders, and as Creative Director leading the creative response.
I've been lucky enough to teach AWARD school and to judge on the jury of The AWARD Awards which has helped me hone my skills of evaluating creative.
I've formed good working relationships with clients that have led to effective long-term partnerships between agency and brands.
And I've helped mentor and develop younger creatives from both Senior Art Director and Creative Director position.
Away from work, I'm married and have two kids. 
None of which work in advertising.
Some of my other interests include skateboarding, and playing guitar. 
Both of which I'm not very good at. 
But, both of which I love doing.
